WHERE THE IDEA IS BORN

Mentuccia is a small artisan business founded by Anita, born on the island of Salina (Aeolian archipelago) where she began producing preserves in 2017 following the recipes of her mother Rosalba. 

Moved to the nearby city of Milazzo (Sicily) since 2023, she continues to transform and preserve the agricultural products of the Aeolian and Sicilian territory, following the tradition of ancient family recipes handed down from mother to daughter. 

OUR PRODUCTS

Through a careful selection of raw materials and local suppliers, with entirely artisanal processing in every phase of the production process, without the addition of preservatives, thickeners, acidity regulators or artificial flavors, we create 100% natural and gluten free products.
